Competition Terms and Conditions
Festive Finders Keepers – £100 Gift Card
By participating, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Promoter
The Promoter of this competition is Rochdale Riverside, Rochdale, OL16 1BE.
2. Competition Details
The competition will run from Saturday 20th December 2025 to 10:00 GMT Friday 9th January 2026.
One winner will receive one £100 gift card. The winner will be offered a choice of stores at Rochdale Riverside where they would like the gift card to be valid.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must find a click the ‘pop up gift card wallet’ across the Rochdale Riverside website pages, then complete and submit the entry form.
4. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Rochdale Riverside, its participating retailers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted within 5 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected and the prize is forfeited.
6. Prize Details
The gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize must be collected from Rochdale Riverside Centre Management Office or an alternative arrangement agreed upon.
7. General
Rochdale Riverside reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
Privacy
By entering the prize draw, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information by Rochdale Riverside and its agencies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your personal information will only be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw and prize fulfillment, unless otherwise consented to.
General Terms
The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend its competitions and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for any technical failures, including, but not limited to, website crashes, email failures, or other issues beyond its control that may prevent participation or affect the ability to win competitions hosted by the promoter.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Acceptance of Terms
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Rochdale Riverside, which are final and binding in all respects.
